Subject: Force "Options +FollowSymLinks" since that's a requirement for
 mod_rewrite to work.  This is surprisingly obscure in the docs. Thanks to

Subject: In the security block, make the "Deny from all" explicit to avoid
 confusion.  Specifically allow robots.txt to be a visible .txt file. Fixes
 ticket #1343.
