2010-01-01	Start tracking the original G2 url and id for all entities. This will	Bharat Mediratta

2009-07-13	Add quotes around all values that contain spaces in them, and add a	Bharat Mediratta
	test to make sure that we continue to do so. This makes sure that we don't have problems with 5.3 which treats the literal "on" as a boolean.
2009-04-15	Very early round of Gallery 2 import code. It can import users (with	Bharat Mediratta
	the wrong password) and import groups, with a basic UI. Needs a ton more work.
